By registering for the Service of QR Gateway (temporarily referred to as the "Service" or "QRGateway"), you agree to commit to the following terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). QRGateway reserves the right to edit and update these regulations at any time without prior notice. This modification will take effect as soon as it is updated on QRGateway.com's website. You should regularly check and update these Terms of Use provisions to ensure your rights are fully available.
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The service includes a web or mobile application that allows you to access and use a single QRGateway account. "QRGateway" here is a tool to create and manage QR codes. QRGateway may contain information, data, text, images, videos, audio clips, etc., generated through interactions during the use of the service (collectively, the "Content").
- To use the service, you must be at least 13 years old.
- Provide a valid email address and other information as required to complete the registration process.
- Be responsible for keeping your account and password safe. QRGateway cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your carelessness in keeping account information secure.
- The transmission of any virus or malicious code of a destructive nature is strictly prohibited.
- If you violate the service's regulations and the service support system, we reserve the right to limit or disable your access and use of the service without notice.
- Violation of any account terms of use provision, QRGateway will immediately stop your services.
INVOICE / PAYMENT
Usage plans may be added to the service and offered to you as a paid upgrade. If you choose the advanced technique, you must pay QRGateway. When selecting a paid plan, you will be required to provide QRGateway with the necessary payment information ("Billing Date"). You can pay a subscription fee according to the number of QR codes you use every month (use as much as possible).
QRGateway is a product owned by LIME Joint Stock Company, so all transactions and tax invoice information will be transacted and invoiced to customers.
OWNERSHIP / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
QRGateway owns all of QRGateway's content such as interface, graphic design, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos and other intellectual property in QRGateway's services. Anyone accessing QRGateway has no right to use or copy any content, trademarks, service marks, brand names, logos, or other intellectual property. By using or accessing the service, you agree to comply with applicable intellectual property laws concerning the protection of copyrights, trademarks, service marks, services, websites. And it's content.
CONTENT LIMITATIONS
You understand that the content creator is solely responsible for the information. This means that you, not QRGateway, are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available through your account. QRGateway does not control the content users post through the service, so the content's accuracy, integrity, or quality is not guaranteed.
You agree that no:
(A) upload, post, send, or otherwise make available content that is deemed illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, insulting, objectionable, invasive of another's privacy or racial, ethnic or other reprehensible practices;
(B) uses the service to harm a minor;
(C) impersonate any person or entity;
(D) forge titles or modify formatting to conceal the origin of the content;
(E) upload, post or transmit any content to which you do not have a right to be transferred;
(F) post or transmit content that infringes the patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, privacy or publicity rights, or other proprietary rights of any party;
(G) upload, post, email, or otherwise provide unauthorized advertising, promotional material, or spam;
(H) transmit any virus or malicious code of a destructive nature;
(I) interfere with or disrupt the service, servers or networks connected to the service, or fail to comply with any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the network connected to the service;
(J) knowingly or unknowingly violate any applicable local, national or international law, policy or regulation;
(K) stalking or harassing others;
(L) propagate or provide information about illegal activities harmful to individuals or organizations;
(M) offer for sale any product or service that (i) violates local law, (ii) You are not authorized to offer it, or (iii) QRGateway determines it is not suitable for sale through the services provided by MyXteam;
(N) disclose or steal personal login information without the permission of the individual or entity that provided it to you.
If any user is reported as violating the rules, MyXteam reserves the right to close this account at any time without further warning.
DO NOT RESELL THE SERVICES
You agree not to reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of the Service without QRGateway's express permission.
INDEMNIFY
By using the service, you agree to indemnify and not harm employees, directors, agents and third parties or the reputation of QRGateway, without causing any harm through claims, legal proceedings. For losses, costs, liabilities (including user fees and attorneys' fees) in connection with or arising from the relationship or use of the services, including but not limited to your breach of Terms and costs of claims arising from the content you submit, post, or broadcast while using the service.
